A Gold Medal Swim Club, the Hilltoppers have had a successful season, most recently competing against 100 teams from 10 states at the Western Region Sectional Meet.  At the meet, the Hilltoppers Swim Team finished second in the overall team finish.  The women's team won the team title and the men's team took 7th.

We are excited for DU's presence at the USA Swimming Olympic Trials and the future of Hilltoppers Swimming!  In 2008, DU was represented by two athletes at this event.  Now, in 2012, we will be represented by at least 10 swimmers.  Go Pioneers!

What Are Parents Saying About P.A.S.S. Camp?

Selecting a summer camp for your child is an important decision.  At DU, we are excited for our 19th summer of P.A.S.S. Camp and the opportunity to work with campers on a variety of sports and skills.

P.A.S.S. Camp is a sports day camp for children ages 5-11, focused on developing fundamental sport skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.  We think P.A.S.S. Camp is great but what are our parents saying about P.A.S.S. Camp?

"PASS Camp is a great program for my kids.  I was looking for a summer camp for my kids where they were active most of the day.  I also like that PASS Camp allows the kids to pick a 'major' and gives them an overview of the skills needed for those sports.  Thanks!"
Michael

"We love DU's programs.  We have participated in the Learn to Skate Program, the PASS Camp program and the School Days Off program and all of them are exceptional.  The only challenge is getting my kids to leave when it is time for pick up.  The staff and instruction in all of the programs is terrific, energized and very inviting.  The location and availability of the programs cannot be surpassed and we are very lucky to have such an exceptional facility and university in the heart of Denver.  We have two boys and they are very interested in athletics so we will be sticking around for several more years and as long as we can get them to leave at the end of the program, we will not have to push DU to offer sleepover programs.  Thank you DU for the great programs."
Victoria

"Well let me start off with "WOW".   My son was so nervous to start but now I have to pull him away! ... He has enjoyed this summer so much! We all are so happy he has been given the opportunity to try so many different sports.  It has helped build his confidence, strength and just overall wellness of his body with exercise. Learning team sports and so many things he had never tried.  Ice skating, Yoga, Lacrosse, all new things he loves...  As a parent I have to say I am very pleased with PASS camp - signing up was a breeze, scheduling changes were easy - just an overall happy experience.  As a kid, I can say my son is very happy, he has made new friends and really enjoys going everyday.  I've already received my request to go back next summer!"
AJ

P.A.S.S. Camp registration is now open and over 50% sold out!  Make plans to register today and reserve your child's space in Denver's best summer sports camp.

We look forward to seeing you this summer and hearing what your child likes best!
